Photo Gallery - Because I Don't Feel Like Writing

The guts of the electrical panel.

The panel installed and partially wired.

The Raymarine ST40 Bi-Data instrument display.

Haven't decided exactly how to cover the back of the instruments yet.

Looking aft at the new panels

For LED bulbs, the new running lights are pretty bright.

LED cabin lights on either side of the companionway...

Each with the red light option.

Oh happy day. The big heavy box is here!

Isn't she pretty? 14HP Betamarine, 70 Amp alternator, high rise exhaust, multi-groove belt, custom feet. Ahhh.

  1. Looks like you've done a good job fixing her up. I'm just starting to go through your blog but things are looking good. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Hey Hayden and Greg,

I just bought a Cape Dory 27, from 1978. She looks like she is pretty much in the same shape yours was in when you got her, i.e. safe and potentially sailable but in need of quite a lot of TLC. I was wondering if I might be able to write you off this site for some basic advice? Thank you!
